7. Replacement
- Eligibility for Replacements: We accept replacements for products that meet the following criteria:
- Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

- Products damaged during transit or having manufacturing defects are eligible for returns and replacements.
- Video Proof Requirement: Upon receiving your order, we kindly request you to record a video of the package while opening the product. Please also take photos of the damaged product and the original packaging. Once you have the video and images, please send them to us. Our team will carefully assess the contents to ensure they comply with our policy. If everything is in accordance with the policy, we will promptly proceed with the replacement process. - Proof of Defects: If you do not have an unboxing video of the order and we fail to verify the cause of the damage or defect, iSuggestions is not liable for refunds/replacement of such products.

8. POD Products
- Color Matching in DTG Printing: We use world-class digital printers with OEKO-TEX ECO PASSPORT-certified inks. The colors may not always match the provided designs exactly and could slightly differ. Please be aware of this variation when ordering.
9. Careful Unboxing
- We advise customers to unbox packages carefully. If the package is damaged by scissors or sharp objects during unboxing, refunds or replacements aren’t possible unless:
- Unpacking videos are provided.
- Images of the courier cover are sent.
10. Package Damage at Delivery
- If the package appears damaged upon receipt, please note the damage in the courier’s delivery remarks. This helps in claiming a refund from the courier service.
11. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipment. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to initiate a return after delivery.
12. Shipping for Returns
